What you’ll do
- Help customers and contractors at the inside counter … answer questions, find solutions
- Build and fulfill orders using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Take phone orders and coordinate deliveries
- Recommend products, help locate inventory, and assist with loading as needed
- Support inventory control … keep things accurate and organized
- Prepare simple estimates for material lists or small projects
- Pitch in on other tasks as needed … we’re a team, not a silo
What we’re looking for
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High School Diploma / GED
- Ability to read and understand invoices, packing slips, and shipping/receiving paperwork
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking and coordinating with customers, contractors, and teammates
- Basic computer and calculator proficiency
- Ability to lift and carry 20–100 lbs. at times
- CDL not required … but preference given to applicants with a CDL
Pay and schedule
- Full-time … wages commensurate with experience
