What You'll Be Doing

Every day looks a little different, but your responsibilities will include:

• Creating an exceptional, personalized shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
• Building genuine, long-lasting customer relationships based on trust, honesty, and exceptional service.
• Assisting customers with fine jewelry, engagement rings, wedding bands, diamonds, watches, and gifts.
• Learning about custom jewelry design and helping customers bring their ideas to life.
• Following up with customers, maintaining wish lists, and building your own loyal customer base.
• Working toward individual and team sales goals while celebrating each other's success.
• Educating customers about jewelry care, maintenance, and available protection plans.
• Assisting with jewelry repairs, customer pickups, and other store services as you become trained.
• Participating in special events, promotions, and community activities.
• Maintaining beautiful displays, an organized sales floor, and a polished, welcoming environment.
• Continuing to learn through training, coaching, and professional development.

Who We're Looking For

Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but absolutely not required!

Full-time annual earning potential: Approximately $30,000–$50,000 , depending on sales performance, hours worked, and incentive eligibility.

Compensation above base pay is performance-based.

Schedule & Availability

We are currently considering both full-time and part-time applicants.

Our regular store hours are:

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Employees are scheduled for opening preparation before the store opens, with the workday generally beginning at 9:00 AM. Availability for Saturdays, special events, and extended holiday hours is important.
