Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Club Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Club Manager, you will assist the manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to managing memberships and personnel, sales and cleaning operations, and ensuring the facilities are operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is a positive, motivating leader with a passion for health and fitness.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with membership sales and promotions
- Ensure all gym systems and procedures are followed
- Assist with hiring and training staff
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that arise in a positive manner
- Ensure the club is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Qualifications:
- College is preferred but not required
- Previous management experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Spanish speaking preferred
Typical schedule (may change depending on needs):
Mon-Thursday 2pm-10pm
Saturday 10am-7pm
