Position Overview
We're looking for a capable and motivated Harvest Truck Driver to join our team. This role includes morning harvest prep, grain hauling from field to local storage using our manual diesel trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Haul grain using manual-transmission diesel trucks (CDL not required)
- Support field operations during harvest
- Operate tractors and other equipment (experience a plus)
- Perform general farm tasks and help keep the operation running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to safely drive manual-transmission trucks
- Tractor/equipment experience is a strong advantage
- Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work long hours during harvest
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Saturday: 7am-8pm, Sunday: noon-8pm, weather dependent
- Any hours over 40 are 1.5x pay.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Work Days:
- Weekends as needed
