What You'll Do
- Run company-provided, pre-set in-home sales appointments across Metro Atlanta, typically 1012 qualified meetings per week.
- Follow a structured step-selling process to build rapport, assess exterior needs, present tailored solutions, handle objections, and ask for the signature in the home.
- Sell a full range of exterior remodeling services, including siding, roofing, windows, doors, painting, decks, and gutters.
- Present clear, confident proposals that explain scope of work, pricing, and financing options so homeowners can make informed decisions on the spot.
- Manage your pipeline from initial consultation through signed agreement, then hand off projects smoothly to the production team and keep activity updated in our tablet-based CRM.
- Within your first 90 days, consistently follow the step-selling process on every appointment and achieve a reliable close rate on company-provided leads.
- Within 6 months, maintain a strong average job size and conversion rate that places you among the top half of the sales team.
- Build a reputation with homeowners and the production team for clear expectations, accurate scopes, and clean handoffs that lead to satisfied customers and repeat or referral business.
- Actively participate in coaching, ride-alongs, and sales meetings, showing measurable improvement in your skills, confidence, and monthly commissions over your first year.
- At least 1 year of sales experience; in-home, commissioned, or home improvement sales is preferred, but strong closers from other industries are welcome.
- A disciplined, process-driven salesperson who is eager to follow a proven playbook rather than improvising a different approach on every call.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to ask great questions, make homeowners feel heard, and confidently ask for the sale.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable managing your own schedule and numbers, with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to use a tablet and CRM.
