We are seeking an experienced Jobsite Supervisor to join our team.
You would assist in the leadership and management though out construction and remodeling of custom homes and accessory structures.

As a key leader, you will coordinate with subcontractors, manage schedules, and uphold quality standards to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Duties
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of design intent and compliance with building codes.
- Monitor project schedules using construction management software adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other project documentation.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle, addressing issues promptly to maintain high standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and sales teams on budgeting processes, tracking costs, and manage resource allocation.
- Review and Enforce safety standards for a safe working environment.
- Assist with supervising and training efforts by managing teams of tradespeople, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
What we are looking for
- 5 years of experience in residential construction supervision and or leadership for custom homes and remodels or a transferable field.
- Proven management experience supervising teams of tradespeople and subcontractors effectively.
- Familiarity and comfortability interacting with construction management software and Microsoft office software.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for coordinating among diverse stakeholders and maintaining clear documentation.
- Familiarity with common safety protocols on construction sites.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
