Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Structural Concrete Carpenter located in Boise, ID. The Concrete Worker will perform a variety of tasks, including setting up and removing formwork, operating heavy equipment, placing and finishing flatwork, and working with ready-mix concrete. Responsibilities also include following safety protocols, collaborating with team members, and contributing to high-quality structural and civil concrete projects.
Qualifications
- Experience with Formwork and its assembly/disassembly processes
- Proficiency in operating Heavy Equipment used in construction
- Knowledge and skills in Flatwork and Ready Mix Concrete applications
- Strong Carpentry skills for concrete construction and building tasks
- Understanding of workplace safety guidelines and the ability to adhere to industry safety standards
- Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Previous experience in heavy civil or vertical construction work is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to the Boise, ID site
