Position Details
Full-time • Technical Services Department • Reports to Store Manager
What You'll Do
- Create custom jewelry pieces from designer specifications
- Perform jewelry repairs, sizing, and restoration
- Conduct quality assurance checks
- Provide technical consultation to sales team
- Manage project timelines and communicate status updates
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years jewelry repair, restoration, and design experience
- Accredited Jeweler Professional certification
- Expert knowledge of precious stones, metals, and cost estimation
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
