Compensation:$27 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and invoicing
- Maintain QuickBooks and track job costs
- Coordinate client communication, scheduling, and project details
- Support employee relations, benefits, and paperwork
- Organize office operations, supplies, and assist with company events
Qualifications:
- 5 years in a similar role
- QuickBooks proficiency required
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
