What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment Setter/Service Advisor position at Nelson Automotive?
- Schedule and confirm service appointments for clients
- Inform clients of recommended services based on mileage
- Organize appointments to maximize shop capacity
- Manage Service Department Remote Experience processes
- Assist with Warranty and Extended Warranty processes
- Maintain an organized calendar of appointments and follow-up tasks
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues
- Assist with administrative tasks such as cashiering, data entry and filing
Qualifications:
-Has basic knowledge and understanding of vehicles and components
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
