Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.

- Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits that meet their needs.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide support throughout the sales process, including upselling additional products or services.
- Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and assisting in inventory management.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to promote dealership offerings and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of dealership inventory, pricing, and financing options.
- Engage in public speaking opportunities at events or workshops to promote dealership services.
Experience
- Proven experience in automobile sales or high-end sales is preferred.
- Background in B2B sales or retail sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales management practices and techniques.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM software for tracking leads and customer interactions.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities.
- Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for accurate pricing and financing discussions.
