We're seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will provide clerical, financial, and customer service support across multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- General office tasks including data entry, filing, and organization
- Answer phones, greet guests, and direct inquiries to the proper department
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating customer communications
- Process payments, invoices, and daily reconciliations Maintain accurate records and reports for management Support department managers with clerical and administrative duties
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
Qualifications:
- Previous office, customer service, or clerical experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
