CSR Tier 1: Transfer Agent - Growth Opportunities! (Onsite)

Nelson and Kennard, an established and growing Sacramento based law firm is looking for an eager and ambitious Transfer Agent to join our growing team! This individual will contact consumers on behalf of our clients to start the resolution process of recovering delinquencies. The work will be performed in a fast paced, high-volume environment. The candidate will receive thorough training and resources to succeed in this position with the goal of promoting into higher level account resolution positions. We are seeking enthusiastic, goal-driven, long term individuals who are passionate, take pride in their work and have the desire to succeed. Sales, call center, dispatching, collections, retail, food service or other customer service experience is a plus. This is an onsite position at our McClellan office (Sacramento area near Watt Ave and Peacekeeper Way).

This position starts at $17.00 per hour, with the opportunity to get to $19.00 per hour within the first 6 months. The timeline is dependent on the employee's ability to quickly learn, apply, and effectively execute their job responsibilities.

The Ideal Representative:

· Excellent attendance & ability to work a full time schedule Monday-Friday (40 hours)

· Experience working in team environments

· Effective communicator (both verbal and written)

· Effective listener

· An assertive and persistent individual

· Should be competitive and self-driven

· Should be able to work in a fast paced, high volume, and goal-oriented environment

Duties to Include:

· Handling a large portfolio of diverse, multi-client, collection accounts

· Managing upwards of 150 inbound and outbound calls each day

· Routing and transferring calls to the appropriate receiving Account Representative or Attorney

· Providing exceptional customer service to all consumers and their representation
