Work Location, Shift and Hours: 5151 Portside Dr., Medina, OH 44256, near I-71 and Route 18; Monday-Friday, 8:00AM 5:00PM, with opportunity for overtime. No weekends.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
On the first of the month after 60 days:
- Potential pay increase for introductory performance review

- 80 hours (prorated for first year) paid time off (PTO), 120 hours the next year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Order Assembly
- Assemble customer orders according to the Build of Material (BOM)
- Properly pack items for shipment or stage for Production assembly.
- Ensure order accuracy with thorough paperwork and product review prior to each order shipment.
Logistics and Inventory Management
- Notify management to resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged products.
- Transport materials throughout the warehouse using hand truck, forklift, or other equipment.
Additional Duties
- Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance duties.
- Restock and rotate product.
- Adhere to safety standards, immediately correcting or reporting unsafe conditions.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the team.
- Ability to lift, lower and slide 50-70 pounds.
- Ability to use small hand tools.
- Material moving equipment experience , preferred (pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy with keyboard skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- 2 years of Warehouse experience.
