What You'll Do
- Help customers choose fabrics, bedding, and home textiles that match their style and budget
- Offer informed guidance on color, texture, pattern, and material - building your expertise as you go
- Process fabric orders accurately, including measuring, cutting, and entering custom orders in our system
- Keep displays, inventory, and the sales floor looking their best
- Collaborate with teammates across departments, especially during busy seasons
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping people
- Retail, customer service, or design-related experience is a plus - not a requirement
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a busy environment
- Comfortable with computers; Shopify experience is a bonus
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Weekend availability required
