Join our vibrant team as a Waiter and become the face of exceptional hospitality! In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service in a lively dining environment. Tips are increasing daily as we grow. We play live music on Friday night. Our hours are M-F 11:00 am - 8:00 PM, 11:00 am - 10:00 pm Friday and Saturday, Sunday 11:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders promptly to kitchen staff.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
• Check in with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met, address any concerns promptly, and foster guest relations.
• Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with food handling, sanitation, and general restaurant cleanliness to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable or cashiering tools.
• Support other team members as needed, including hosting or bussing duties, to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong background in guest relations and customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Strong sales abilities with a focus on upselling menu items to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Experience working in fine dining settings or nightclubs is advantageous but not required.
