Your Typical Day
Full cycle selling - prospecting, qualifying, discovery meetings, site visits, proposal building, and closing new business in a B2B environment
Target key verticals - restaurants, hotels, hospitals, long-term care, K-12 schools, colleges, corporate offices, entertainment venues & more
Conduct physical visits to customer locations with a demonstrated working knowledge of the applicable local, municipal, and NFPA code requirements
Work with prospects in a consultative manner as a fire and life safety expert
Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD
What Will You Bring?
Successful B2B sales experience
Mechanical aptitude
Controls or Life Safety solutions and service sales experience is a big plus
Consultative selling approach
Willingness and ability to work with a hands-on approach
CRM programs required, Salesforce experience strongly preferred
Ability to access plenum areas, rooftops, electrical closets, and mechanical rooms; use of ladders, inspection tools, and camera
