Full-Time | Overnight Schedule

Nelbud is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Exhaust / Hood Cleaning Technicians. This is a physically demanding overnight role with strong opportunities for advancement.
No experience? We will train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, hoods, ductwork, and fans
- Remove grease buildup using pressure washers and specialized equipment
- Work on rooftops and inside exhaust systems
- Install access panels and assist with system maintenance
- Deliver strong customer service while representing Nelbud on job sites
What to Expect
- Overnight schedule with varying start and end times
- Physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment
- Work in tight spaces, on rooftops, and in varying weather conditions
- Team-oriented, hands-on work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and hardworking individuals willing to learn
- Comfortable performing physical labor daily
- Ability to work overnight consistently
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Previous experience in physically demanding work is preferred
Driving Eligibility (for company vehicle use)
To operate a company vehicle, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 20 years old
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
