Job Responsibilities
- Precisely follow directions on the Work Order, Drawing, and Bill of Materials to attach crystals to circuit boards as directed.
- Inspect for quality and find mistakes during production.
- Use a very delicate touch to be able to work with very tiny parts with the help of a microscope and use various hand tools.
- Use a microscope and soldering iron to solder wire leads and components.
- Follow safety and maintenance procedures for proper use of all tools.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to see clearly through a microscope.
- Must be able to handle very small parts, sometimes using small hand tools
- Must be VERY detail-oriented, able to focus/concentrate on the assigned task, and able to follow the Work Order and Drawing precisely as directed
- Ability to work independently OR as part of the team
- Good attendance record
- 1 years’ experience preferred but will train the right candidate if she/he displays the desire to learn and contribute to our team's success. Paid training is provided.
- Frequently required to sit. May stand and walk as well; won't be stuck in one position all day. No heavy lifting.
- Possible opportunity for overtime; but not required.
- 8 hour day shift – Monday to Friday
