Job Summary
This is an exciting entry level opportunity to join a young, fast-paced online sales department that is looking to expand our Product Research Team. We specialize in selling high end consumer electronics across numerous online marketplaces and we continue to add new marketplaces each month.
Duties Include:
- Interface via email with customers to resolve questions and concerns in a professional manner,
- Research and compile product listing information such as UPC, size, weight, images, descriptions, and update the product database accordingly.
- Create and maintain product listings across a large variety of ecommerce marketplaces,
- Audit images and various details within listings for accuracy,
- Regular audits to confirm all in stock items are listed across all channels,
- Troubleshoot errors with listings and inventory,
- and more
The ideal candidate will need experience with excel, good typing skills, and the ability to learn new concepts quickly. Attention to detail and accuracy is required to succeed in this position. Anyone with a motivated, focused work ethic is highly encouraged to apply!
