Seasonal Team Member – Nékter Juice Bar (Napa) | Summer 2026

About the Role

Nékter Juice Bar in Napa is hiring friendly, energetic Team Members for our busy summer season. We make fresh juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, and cleanses — real ingredients, no junk. If you're upbeat, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced spot where the line moves and the blenders don't stop, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Make juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls to recipe, fast and consistently
• Greet and serve guests with genuine energy — you're the face of the brand
• Handle the register and process orders accurately (in-store, Olo, DoorDash)
• Prep produce, stock the line, and keep the store clean and FIFO-organized
• Open or close the store following our checklists

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and punctual — you show up and you're on time, every shift
• Fast hands and a positive attitude under a lunch rush
• Strong availability, including weekends and closing shifts (this is a must — our busiest hours are weekend middays)
• Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Food handler card (or able to obtain within 30 days of hire — required in CA)
• Prior café, QSR, juice/coffee, or food-service experience is a big plus (not required)

Schedule

• Seasonal: approximately June through mid-September
• Part-time, variable hours based on business needs
