SUMMARY

The Senior Director of Supply Chain position contributes to Nekter Juice Bars success by working closely with multiple departments to find the best solution possible for the company. The Senior Director of Supply Chain will support our Supply Chain Team and help shape our brand. The position is responsible for achieving optimal purchasing and logistics arrangements for corporate and franchise operations. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build, maintain, and refine the distribution system to support the development of new markets and existing markets.
• Monitor and analyze trends in company spending and, in the marketplace to identify areas for potential cost savings and increased efficiency.
• Identify/act on opportunities to streamline/concentrate vendor relationships (both direct and indirect)
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and other variables, while mitigating supply chain risk (both direct and indirect)
• Lead cross functional meetings (Marketing, Operations, IT, etc) and aligns departments to work toward common goals.
• Created and maintains all cost information/profitability for all products sold.
• Publish monthly reports demonstrating mix analysis, along with sales, transaction, and check analysis.
• Audits pricing from all suppliers and prepares monthly reports.
• Provides ad-hoc analysis as needed.
• Monitors discount programs and performs store level audits.
• Update procurement-related policies and procedures, as appropriate, and communicate changes. Maintain product specifications and certificates of insurance.
• Act in an R&D capacity to procure ingredients for new products.
• Assist in menu/product selection and costing process, loss prevention, and maintain productivity levels within budgeted targets.
• Refine and monitor key performance indicators relating to procurement actively
• Oversees the production function of all bottled products.
• Oversees the franchise invoicing and client services division.
• As required, monitor vendor and/or contractor performance to ensure quality of service.
• Maintains purchasing databases, and ordering systems.
• Evaluate vendors on both qualitative and quantitative criteria, inclusive of financial risk profiling

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5-7 years’ experience in leading Supply Chain Team
• Basic knowledge and understanding of supply chain concepts
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Skilled in entering and recording information with accuracy and focus on details
• Skilled at working with cross functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral & written,
• Understanding and experience with vendor and purchasing contracts
• Strong industry knowledge and experience in working across various functions,
• Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple priorities
• Able to evaluate opportunities and respond quickly to changing requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of contracting and negotiating a plus
• Ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

As required by applicable Pay Transparency Laws, Nekter Juice Bar provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements.  Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location or other relevant factors.

        The pay range for this role is: $130,000 - $160,000 Annually
