SUMMARY
Nekter Juice Bar is seeking an energetic, responsible individual to join our team seasonally. The Training Assistant will be responsible for assisting our Director of Training & Development in daily administrative tasks and organizational duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in administrative management of our Learning Management Suite as directed.
- Assist in reconstructing existing training materials and creation of new digital content.
- Assist with other department administrative duties as needed.
- Maintains excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives.
- Takes a collaborative team approach towards aiding the department in Nékter initiatives.
- Is resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying consistent with company standards and company goals.
- Professionally represents the Nékter brand and its core values.
- Must be able to stay positive and upbeat in a fluid, ever changing environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivated and proactive without supervision
- Energetic and excited to take on new projects and ideas
