Position Summary
As a Team Member, you’ll be part of both front-of-house and kitchen operations, helping create a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest.
You’ll take orders, prepare food, and support the team to keep service fast, clean, and consistent.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a friendly, welcoming experience
- Take orders accurately (in-store and online pickup orders)
- Help guests understand the menu (ramen, sides, spice levels, etc.)
- Prepare and assemble food following recipes and quality standards
- Deliver food to tables for dine-in guests
- Organize and manage pickup orders efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen
- Work as a team to keep operations running smoothly
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 16 years old
- English required (Spanish is a plus)
- No experience required — we will train you
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a ramen or Asian restaurant
- Comfortable multitasking during busy hours
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Customer service experience
