Neko Health is a Swedish health-tech company co-founded in 2018 by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. Our vision is to create a healthcare system that can help people stay healthy through preventive measures and early detection. Neko has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to do broad and non-invasive health data collection that is both convenient and affordable for the public. This requires completely reimagining the healthcare experience and incorporating the latest advances in sensors and AI.

Requirements

MD or DO, Board Certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine or a related specialty.
Active New York State Medical Licensure
1 years of practice experience preferred
Strong background in preventive care, diagnostics, and patient education.
Passion for evidence-based medicine and continuous learning.
Experience with health screenings and lifestyle medicine is a plus.
Comfortable working in a tech-forward, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive health screenings and assessments.
Interpret advanced diagnostic data and translate it into actionable care plans.
Develop personalized lifestyle and wellness strategies for patients.
Provide holistic guidance across a range of health concerns.
Coordinate care with patients’ primary care providers for continuity.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Stay current with emerging trends in diagnostics and preventive care.
Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health.
Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives.
Contribute to ongoing research and innovation projects.
Work closely with internal teams to refine and enhance our technology.

Your mission will be to guide patients towards a path of better health, informed by the latest advancements in both dermatological and cardiovascular preventive care. Utilizing our high-resolution skin scanning and AI technology, you'll play a key role in early detection and management of skin conditions. Leveraging your expertise to educate patients about their cardiovascular risks, you will foster a proactive approach to heart health.
