Administrative Assistant
Reports to the Vice President of Finance
Duties:
Assist with human resource duties
Assist with accounting duties
Assist with Pre-employment requirements
Maintain employee records for payroll and MSHA
Handling of Unemployment claims
Handling of Workers compensation claims
OSHA 300 log
Maintain CDL Driver Qualification Files
FMCSA CDL Driver Compliance
Other duties as assigned
40 hrs; Monday thru Friday
Requirements:
Experience with Quickbooks
Experienced in the use of Excel spreadsheets
Ability to maintain the strictest of confidentiality
Good interpersonal & communication skillls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
