Neishloss and Fleming is expanding our DSNP (Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan) initiatives and are seeking licensed Medicare agents who specialize in Dual‐Eligible clients.

Responsibilities
- Educate Dual‐Eligible individuals on DSNP options and eligibility
- Conduct compliant enrollments using approved tools and processes
- Participate in community‐based outreach and educational activities
- Support members beyond enrollment with benefit understanding and coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams and referral partners as needed
Qualifications
✅ Active health insurance license
✅ Medicare certification (AHIP)
✅ Prior experience working with Dual‐Eligible (Medicare & Medicaid) clients
✅ Strong knowledge of DSNP benefits and eligibility requirements
✅ Commitment to CMS compliance and ethical sales practices
✅ Comfortable with community‐based, relationship‐driven sales
