Your Role The Role of the Brand Supervisor for Brunello Cucinelli is to play a crucial role in building and developing the businesses, in partnership with internal management and merchant teams. The individual in this role will ensure superior client experience aligned with Brunello Cucinelli and Bergdorf Goodman standards and full achievement of all defined performance objectives. Responsibilities & Duties
- Promotes the vision and culture of both the Brunello Cucinelli brand while championing Bergdorf Goodman values on a consistent basis.
- Develops and achieves business goals, partnering with Bergdorf Goodman teams and Brunello Cucinelli to devise creative and strategic solutions to increase sales.
- In partnership with the Sales Experience Manager, develops and strategizes to achieve sales goals through home base and out of home base teams. (This includes sales volume, and any other defined KPIs)
- Creates and implements client strategies ensuring there is a clear vision for an emerging VIC program in Bergdorf Goodman as well as a strategy for development and retention of current VIC client relationships.
- Supports the execution between Bergdorf Goodman and Brunello Cucinelli on relevant client facing events and experiences.
- Partners on seasonal buy reviews, deadlines, and execution.
- Partners with Brunello Cucinelli visual liaisons as needed.
- Partners to collate business recaps to communicate to all critical stake holders through executive summaries and seller communication.

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college of university is required. Must have experience in managing sales teams with a focus on customer service.
