Overview
We are hiring for an entry-level Field Operations Manager role with a clear path to high-level production leadership.
This is a hands-on, field-based position—not a desk job.
You will start by learning how to run jobs, coordinate crews, and manage job sites. As you prove your ability to handle more responsibility and volume, your compensation and role will grow.
Compensation
- Starting Base: $50,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)
- Growth Path: $55,000 – $70,000 total compensation
- Pay increases as you demonstrate the ability to manage more jobs and take ownership
- Company vehicle fuel card

Workload & Earnings Structure
- Workload varies based on production schedules and weather
- Some weeks require longer days, while others are lighter
- Additional earnings are available during heavier work weeks
- Time tracking is used to ensure compensation aligns with workload
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Start by managing 1 job per day, with a goal of progressing to 1.5–2 jobs per day
- Coordinate crews, schedules, and job timelines
- Assist with and learn material ordering and job preparation
- Support delivery coordination, trailers, and job logistics
- Communicate with homeowners and team members
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
What This Role Requires
- Some experience in construction, roofing, or project coordination
- College degree preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized under pressure
- Willingness to work in the field daily (not a desk role)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to learn to tow a trailer
- Comfortable using mobile apps for job tracking and communication

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays during peak season
- Early start times (7:00/7:30 AM typical)
