GENERAL SALES MANAGERS

We're looking for proven dealership leaders who can take ownership of the entire sales operation and build a culture focused on performance, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the dealership's sales operations

• Develop, coach, and motivate Sales Managers and sales professionals

• Establish and monitor sales, gross profit, and performance goals

• Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales and profitability

• Oversee inventory levels, aging, merchandising, and vehicle acquisition

• Partner with Finance Managers to maximize performance and opportunities

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team

• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity

• Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and dealership presentation

• Work closely with senior management to achieve overall dealership objectives

SALES MANAGERS

We're looking for strong leaders who know how to drive performance while creating a positive, high-energy sales environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team

• Drive sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction

• Structure deals and assist the sales team with closing opportunities

• Monitor individual and department performance goals

• Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals

• Assist with new and pre-owned inventory management

• Partner with the Finance Department to maximize opportunities

• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and success

FINANCE MANAGERS

We're looking for experienced Finance Managers who can provide an outstanding customer experience while maximizing dealership profitability.

What You'll Do:

• Work with customers to secure financing and complete vehicle purchases

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending partners

• Present finance and protection products professionally and clearly

• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, compliant, and completed efficiently

• Partner with the Sales Department to provide a smooth delivery experience

• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on lender programs

• Meet and exceed department performance goals

• Provide customers with a professional, transparent, and efficient experience
