SCHEDULE AND REQUIREMENTS:
This is a full-time HVAC Tech position offering a consistent, year-round schedule serving customers throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties. We support our employees with weekly training and foster a professional environment focused on teamwork and personal growth.
All that you need is:
- 1 year(s) of experience as an HVAC Technician (3 years preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- 3 year(s) of driving experience
- Reliability, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn and grow through weekly training
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
