Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Installer for a full-time, on-site role based in NJ. The Lead Installer will oversee the installation and assembly of various components while ensuring quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints or technical instructions, managing a team of installers, adhering to safety standards, and troubleshooting installation issues. The role also involves coordinating with clients, maintaining inventory, and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in installation processes, assembly techniques, and troubleshooting systems
- Strong ability to read blueprints, technical instructions, and interpret specifications
- Experience in team leadership, project coordination, and time management
