Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for videos, carousels, and visual content tailored to specific goals; organic reach, paid ads, brand promos, and event coverage.
• Write compelling video scripts and storylines that educate, entertain, and convert.
• Create engaging, high-converting graphics for social media ads and organic posts (including carousels).
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align messaging, visuals, and storytelling.
• Optimize content for performance across multiple platforms by understanding audience behavior and platform trends.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all content meets high creative and strategic standards.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in content creation, creative direction, or storytelling.
• Proven experience producing high-performing video and graphic content for both organic and paid media.
• Strong scriptwriting and copywriting skills.
• Skilled in visual composition and design for social media (static, carousel, and motion graphics).
• Deep understanding of engagement metrics and creative performance optimization.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience creating content for professional services or high-net-worth audiences.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Background in advertising, film, or creative strategy.
