What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the new & used vehicle sales teams
- Drive sales performance and profitability goals
- Coach, motivate, and grow high-performing team members
- Oversee inventory management, advertising, and promotions
- Partner closely with F&I and administration for smooth operations
- Maintain a professional showroom and customer experience
- Monitor market trends and respond quickly to challenges
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive sales management
- Finance/F&I background strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build culture, morale, and consistent results
