Job duties include:
Determining customer's individual vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
Demonstrating new and used vehicles (includes test drives).
Staying well informed of new products, features, accessories, etc, and their benefits to customers.
Understanding the terminology of the automotive business and staying up-to-date with technological changes to the products.
Introducing customers to service department personnel.
