Job duties include:
· Listening to customers and hearing what they want in a vehicle.
· Asking lots of questions to help match customers to the perfect new or used vehicle.
· Demonstrating exciting features of new and used vehicles (including test drives).
· Staying informed of new product releases and vehicle features and sharing with customers.
· Learning and understanding automotive business terminology, along with staying up-to-date with technical updates and changes.
· Introducing customers to Neil Huffman Auto's service department personnel and the excellence we provide.
