What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Parts Counter position at Neil Huffman Auto Group?
Neil Huffman Automotive Group is currently seeking Parts Counter Consultants at our Volkswagen, Mazda, and Subaru locations.
DUTIES:
1.) Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
2.) Pull purchased parts from stock.
3.) Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
4.) Assist outside sales representative with their orders.
5.) Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
6.) Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process.
7.) Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.
8.) Provide the same high level of service to the other dealerships departments as is given to other customers.
9.) Maintain neat and professional appearance of person and work area.
10.) Arrive before designated starting time.
11.) All other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
