Neighbors Market Kitchen is seeking a dependable and experienced Kitchen Team Member to support our evening operations. This role is responsible for preparing food, assisting with food prep, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting the team during peak hours.
The ideal candidate has prior kitchen experience, understands fast-paced service, and takes pride in food quality and cleanliness.
This is a evening part time or full time position.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, portioning, cooking food accurately and quickly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Support other team members during peak hours
- Cook meats
- Wash dishes and sanitize kitchen equipment
- Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely delivery of orders
Skills
- Previous experience in food service is highly desirable
