Duties
- Assist the General manager with day-to-day duties. From finance to team management, along with helping with customer retention.
- Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets through coaching, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and customer engagement
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, pricing, and POS (Point of Sale) systems utilization
- Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding processes to build a skilled and motivated team
- Supervise inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and merchandising to optimize product availability and presentation
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
- Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, budgeting, sales management, and operational management principles
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities including shift management and marketing initiatives
