Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of baked goods, bagels, and pastries.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to produce consistent results.
- Assist in dough preparation, ensuring proper mixing, kneading, and resting processes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including cleaning utensils, equipment, and work surfaces regularly.
- Follow recipes and production schedules to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor baking processes to ensure products are baked to the correct specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold safety standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in baking or pastry preparation preferred.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Good organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency.
