As a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator on the Accounting team, a typical day for you will include:
- Execute Excellence: Process complex, exception-based invoices in Concur and Dynamics 365 with high-level precision.
- Manage Capital: Prepare and release vendor payments (ACH, EFT, wire transfers, and checks) while reviewing weekly AP aging to identify cash flow risks.
- Lead Resolution: Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor and internal inquiries, ensuring professional and timely solutions.
- Ensure Accuracy: Perform account reconciliations, research discrepancies, and provide critical support for audit requests and month-end/year-end close.
- Drive Innovation: Proactively identify process gaps and assist in implementing modern AP workflows.
- Mentor Others: Train and provide guidance to AP Coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Concur, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise financial systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Concur, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar financial systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Self-starter and autonomous.
- Pressure-resistant and deadline-driven.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage priorities independently and handle confidential information.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid flexibility (3 days in-office) at our Waco or Irving, TX
