As a Key Account Manager on the Precision Garage Door Service team, a typical day for you will include:
- Ensuring ongoing training for the National Accounts Program.
- Setting up new National Accounts in PDS and related systems.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to onboard new accounts and manage ongoing relationships with National Accounts.
- Assisting Franchise Locations by addressing their questions, concerns, and follow-ups while acting as the liaison with the National Accounts.
- Handling National Account customer escalations.
- Holding regular meetings with specific National Accounts to manage and strengthen relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date records of agreements, pricing structures, point of contact information, and specific requirements for all National Accounts.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
