What You'll Do:
You will facilitate all digital content publishing activities across multiple websites for Neighborly® and its portfolio of brands. This includes working closely with multiple external partners and internal stakeholders to produce, implement, and verify content changes on an ongoing basis that fulfill consumer needs, yet also meet formal standards for web accessibility and facilitate effective SEO.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the collection, refinement, testing and deployment of content distributed through all Neighborly® websites.
- Contribute to refinements within the digital content workflow.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clearly define content related requests, accurately assess their business impact, and maintain consistency.
- Support onsite testing and optimization of content-related campaigns as part of the broader strategy coordination with the data management and digital marketing teams
- Support content marketing strategies in concert with the brand management team
- Use varying analytics solutions to inform the prioritization and performance measurement resulting from pieces of content
- Provide regular status reporting to managers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline processes for producing, estimating, implementing, and testing content changes on an ongoing and project-level basis
- Provide regular status reports to managers and other relevant stakeholders
Relevant Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in content authoring and publishing within common content management platforms, such as Drupal or WordPress
- Strong understanding of content repository structures, workflows, and distribution capabilities
- Strong understanding of digital asset management best practices
- Strong analytics experience, including hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of SEO and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- Strong understanding of content targeting and personalization practices
- Skilled in project management, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity/comfort with eCommerce technology, including API-driven content
- Self-starter. Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Experience managing team members/direct reports and leading vendor partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Related Field
- 5 Years Digital Product or Digital Marketing Experience
