They are the communication bridge between our medical team and the families we serve, helping ensure each pet gets the time and attention they deserve.
We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate CSR to join our Nederland location as we strengthen our client communication and response processes.
About the Role
This role goes beyond answering phones — it’s about connection, precision, and ownership. You’ll help manage our client inbox, keep appointments organized, and ensure that communication flows seamlessly between clients and our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Nederland clinic email inbox, including responding to client questions, record requests, and forwarding messages appropriately.
- Review and send medical records to clients and other hospitals.
- Audit the appointment schedule daily to ensure:
- Deposits are taken and confirmed.
- Records are attached and reviewed.
- Clients have confirmed their appointments.
- Time blocks are accurate and appropriate.
- Appointments are categorized correctly (Doctor vs. Technician).
- Support overall client communication and coordination to improve response time and service quality.
- Collaborate closely with technicians and doctors to ensure clients receive timely, accurate information.

Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in veterinary medicine is a plus — but not required.
- Professional background in administrative support, executive assistance, account management, or front desk coordination highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar and professionalism in email correspondence.
- High attention to detail, organizational ability, and multitasking skills.
- Comfort managing appointment calendars and ensuring accuracy in scheduling and records.
- A team player who communicates clearly and supports others.
Schedule & Employment Type
- Full-Time or Part-Time available
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- One Saturday shift per month: 7:45 AM–12:00 PM
- Standard shifts are 5x8s, with occasional flexibility as needed
