Neighborhood Pet Clinic is a privately owned, full-service small animal hospital dedicated to high-quality, preventive, and relationship-based veterinary care. We believe the best medicine happens when veterinarians have the time, support, and autonomy to focus on patients.

We're seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our close-knit, highly skilled team.

  • Competitive base salary plus 20% commission on production above base.

Your Role

  • Perform thorough physical exams and practice high-quality preventive medicine
  • Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries
  • Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans
  • Perform surgeries as desired (mentorship supported)
  • Prescribe medications and educate clients on preventive care and long-term health
  • Maintain accurate, complete medical records
  • Collaborate closely with technicians and support staff to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications

  • DVM degree and active (or eligible) Washington veterinary license
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for client education and preventive care
  • Commitment to compassionate, high-quality medicine
  • New graduates welcome — mentorship available
