About the roleAs a Part-Time Shift Manager, you will oversee the front counter during your shift, support and coach customer service staff, and ensure every customer has a smooth, professional experience. You’ll help keep the store running efficiently by monitoring workflows, handling escalated customer issues, and making sure procedures are followed.
Key responsibilities- Lead and support customer service staff during the 10 a.m.–2 p.m. shift, Monday–Friday.
- Greet customers, answer questions, and ensure fast, friendly service at the counter and over the phone.
- Use Windows and Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) to process shipments, scan documents, and manage basic reports.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and follow daily opening/closing procedures for your shift.
- Help keep the store organized, clean, and well-stocked with forms, supplies, and packaging materials.
- Troubleshoot minor customer issues and know when to escalate to the owner/manager.
- Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (set daytime hours).
