Job Description: Mortgage Loan Opener
We are seeking a Loan Opener to join our team! This role provides high-level administrative support to our Processing Team. Key Responsibilities:
- Order and obtain documents and verifications required for the loan process.
- Support the administrative needs of the Sales and Processing Teams.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently via e-mail and phone.
- Problem-solve potential issues with files.
- Provide excellent customer service to all parties involved in transactions.
- Complete document request emails within 24 hours of receipt.
- Manage closing dates & rate lock requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Mortgage industry experience a plus
