Job Description: Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join one of our high-producing sales teams as a Loan Officer Assistant! The Loan Officer Assistant is responsible for supporting our sales team by providing high-quality service to clients during the mortgage application process. Our newest team member will provide excellent, friendly service while communicating with clients and referral partners via phone and e-mail, collect and organize documentation for accurate and complete mortgage applications, manage detailed and accurate information in the CRM systems and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for clients/borrowers, collecting information and documentation, answering questions, and providing accurate application updates.
- Accurately collect and process loan application documentation such as credit checks, appraisals, and other third-party verifications.
- Review mortgage loan applications and required documentation necessary for the pre-approval process.
- Go the “extra mile” to build relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the homebuying process.
- Manage CRM database by maintaining accurate and complete notes in client records, effectively working follow-up tasks and ensuring client data, status, communications and the status of leads are accurately documented.
