We offer a tremendous opportunity for growth, compensation, and benefits. Post Closing Specialists are responsible for managing the loans from closing/funding through purchase advice. Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of post closing file delivery, clearing and curing conditions to successfully complete the sale to the end investor within expected turn time. Candidate must possess knowledge of industry regulation and investor requirements. Responsibilities:

· Ensures that all closed loans are in compliance with federal, and state laws and meet company policies and investor guidelines

· Reviews all closed loans (full file) for accuracy and completeness and delivers complete documentation to the investor

· Scan an upload reviewed loan file to investor

· Accurately document loan file and LOS fields per policy

· Effectively communicate with investors to satisfy all post-closing conditions and accurately document loan file and LOS fields per policy

· Document and communicate any discrepancies within loan file and coordinate solutions for resolve

· Work with internal team members and/or third party vendors for timely resolution

· Represent the Neighborhood Loans brand by incorporating unparalleled customer service..

· Make the Supervisor aware of potential delivery delays to avoid rate lock expirations/possible suspense penalties.

· Review fees that have been collected at the time of closing, compare fees to confirm TRID compliance.

· May be required to perform any other job-related instructions as requested by their manager.

Requirements:

. High school diploma; GED required

· Must have 2 years of residential mortgage experience (Conv., FHA, VA)

· Broad knowledge and understanding of mortgage loan documents

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills

· Attention to detail and ability to manage workflow/pipeline effectively

· Works independently and prioritizes multiple functions while meeting pre-established deadlines

· Thorough knowledge of federal and state regulations and requirements with emphasis on MDA, TILA and RESPA.

· Communication skills – excellent written and verbal communication.

• Excellent problem-solving skills demonstrated resilience and ability to proactively address needs promptly.
• Proficient in the following software systems: Encompass, Microsoft Office Suite
