- Stable Monday–Friday schedule 9am - 5:30
- Salary ranges from 41K – 52k depending on experience.
- Paid licensing support: reimbursement program for licensing

- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
- Education requirement H.S. diploma, or higher
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and carrier partners via phone, email, and written communication
- Support teammates with follow-up and next steps for clients and prospects
- Research and resolve coverage questions accurately and efficiently
- Respond promptly to client requests by phone or electronically
- Maintain organized client files and process routine correspondence (paper and multiple software systems)
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
- Assist with general office duties as needed
- This is an on-site position
